Pat Cude founded Cude Electronics in 1954, and more than 60 years later, we remain true to his guiding principles of honesty and integrity. Pat opened his Cude TV television repair shop in Beeville with his wife, Alice, who would attend to the store while he installed antennas and made service calls. Their son Paul, now president of the business, grew up playing with wire cutters and old TV sets. Paul has a business degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and co-founded the popular south Texas band Wavelength. He joined Cude Electronics fulltime in 1987. We thank our loyal customers for trusting us with their business by giving them the best service in south Texas. We sell Sprint and Boost cell phones, sell and install Viasat Internet (formerly Exede Internet), DIRECTV and offer a wide selection of other electronic products and accessories.
Viasat Internet is an ideal service for the mostly rural area of south Texas, where many residents have no cable or DSL access and little to no cell service. Our ranchers, farmers and oil and gas workers need to stay connected to ensure their businesses thrive. Viasat’s satellite technology brings fast internet to places like these that once had limited choices and where cable can’t reach. Unlike other technologies that require extensive infrastructure, Viasat Internet comes directly to your home or business from our satellite. Rated number one by the FCC two years in a row for delivering advertised speeds or higher, Viasat provides high-speed, dependable satellite internet service. Call us today to learn more about it and if it’s right for you.
Beeville is a historic town of about 13,500 people and the county seat of Bee County. Home to Coastal Bend College’s main campus, it also has three state prisons, and an impressive collection of stately homes, commercial buildings and schools designed by architect William Charles Stephenson. Located on the Poesta Creek, it’s at the intersection of two major highways and along a railroad. Beeville’s Main Street is quaint and carefully preserved to showcase its historic roots. Visitors come to see the courthouse, historic Coca-Cola plant, restored Rialto Theater, Beeville Market and Farmer’s Market, the Berclair Mansion and art museum. Beeville hosts a boisterous, Texas-style Independence Day celebration and its annual Holly Jolly Christmas Celebration.
