Krebs gMAX™ Cyclone

The gMAX Cyclone design represents a major productivity

 gain.  It includes new modern apex and cone designs that

 feature performance enhancing benefits, as well as one inch

 thick elastomer or ceramic composition for increased wear life.

The cyclone inlet and cylindrical sections have been modified to

 minimize turbulence and wear, but still have the capability to

 operate at much higher capacities than our competitor's cyclones.

Industrial Applications:

·          Pre-concentrate crystals before a centrifuge

·          Degrit liquids prior to analyzers

·          Remove solids from waste streams to reduce the loading on the wastewater treatment

·          Recover resin beads that are back-flushed from filters

remove contaminants
 like staples, glass,
bands, and sand
 prior to screening.
