NOTE: This pertains to Exede Classic plan customers only. If you’re on an Exede Evolution, Business or Freedom plan — or on the WildBlue service— check this site to find the correct links for managing your account billing and usage.

Monthly notifications via email

Every month, we will send your bill via email. You will not receive a paper statement.  This email message will be sent to the contact email address you gave us when ordering the service. You will receive your first monthly statement electronically within a few days after your installation.

  • Primary email address: The first exede.net or wildblue.net address you set up. You can change this by calling Customer Care at 855-463-9333 .
  • Contact email address: The email address you check most frequently and the one to which we’ll send important billing and data notices. This can be the same as your primary exede.net or wildblue.net email address, or be another type of email account such as gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.

Update your contact email address

If you’re not receiving your monthly bill notifications, please make sure we have your regular email address on file (usually the email address that you use most often). To see what email address we have on file for you and make any changes, please go to update your contact information.

It’s important to keep your contact email address updated. Please be assured that we won’t fill your inbox with a ton of email. Other than your monthly bill notification, our contact is usually limited to notifying you to update your payment information or announcing a new feature of the Exede Internet service.
