Thank you for being an Exede Business Customer, we are in the process of updating our user portal so bear with us for the next few months.

Check Your Data Usage

To get started, you will need to set up an account to manage your usage. If you haven’t done so already, set up an account on the customer portal. You will need either a MAC address (found on the back of your modem) or Set up Reference Number that was in your “Welcome To Exede Internet” email. Once you have an account set up, visit the customer portal to check data usage. It might be helpful to bookmark this page.

Weekly Usage Notifications

We send all metered billing customers a weekly data usage snapshot. This goes to all customers on Tuesday mornings and is current monthly usage. If you are not getting these notifications, please contact our Business Customer Care department at 855-313-4111.

Update your contact information

Email is the only method we use to send you important billing and usage information. If you are not receiving communications from us or if you would like to update your contact information, go to: https://ecare.wildblue.net/pages/updateContactInfo.xhtml.
